KFC, and Pizza Hut corporations authorized to operate designated restaurants according to standards
established by these corporations. These concepts are leaders in the convenient
food industry and dedicated to delighting our guests. QSR Inc. was incorporated
in July 1997 operating 21 Taco Bell restaurants. The company is committed to a
growth strategy and other restaurant concepts are being evaluated for possible
future acquisition. Today QSR Inc. operates over 28 stores in three
states including Illinois,
